“One-Stop Worry-Free Service” helps suburban customers operate efficiently

Breaking down traditional departmental barriers, this service model enables cross-departmental collaboration to create a closed loop of services and ensure accurate coverage of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Considering the traffic characteristics of the areas surrounding Beijing, the company has specially configured three mobile service fleets to ensure that Daxing, Langfang, Baoding and other areas within a 150-kilometre radius receive a "same-day response and 48-hour on-site service". During an inspection of an agro-ecological park in Changping District, technicians found and replaced key components that were about to expire, thus avoiding potential production line downtime losses of 200,000 yuan. In addition, the customer's new purchase of a desktop cling film packaging machine and a single-stage, large-range Checkweigher has been installed on-site.
