Apple grading production line successfully helps the company take off
On October 31, 2024, our technical team went to the customer's site with passion for the installation and commissioning of the apple sorting production line. This is an advanced production line that integrates modern technology and intelligent agriculture, and aims to realize the automatic sorting of apples according to their weight, sugar content, internal moldy heart and other key indexes through precise technical means.
During the installation process, our team strictly followed the operation procedures and carried out fine inspection and installation of each equipment component to ensure that they could perfectly cooperate and work stably.
Then, our company carried out the debugging work of the system. By inputting the preset parameters, each inspection equipment in the production line started to operate and carry out all-round inspection of apples. The weight detection section can quickly measure the weight of each apple, while the Brix measurement section accurately measures the Brix value of apples through spectral analysis technology. Meanwhile, the internal and external quality inspection section uses advanced visual inspection methods such as X-ray or ultrasonic technology to non-destructively inspect apples and detect and reject apples with moldy hearts in a timely manner.
At the official start of the production line, each apple moves along the conveyor belt at a uniform speed and, after passing through various inspection links, is quickly and accurately graded. The customer smiled with satisfaction as he watched the apples flow and be graded in an orderly fashion on the production line.
The successful installation and commissioning of this apple sorting production line not only reflects the professional strength and technical level of our team, but also brings real benefits to customers. In the future, our company will continue to provide customers with more high-quality and efficient service, and promote the continuous innovation and development of fruit and vegetable grading technology.
