During testing, the equipment operated stably at a speed of 60 packages per minute and the qualified rate of finished products was 99.8%, which far exceeds the international industry standard. The customer representatives were particularly impressed by the 'flexible adjustment' function of the equipment — the touch screen can quickly switch between different noodle packaging sizes, significantly reducing production changeover time.

The demonstration model features an AI vision inspection system that can identify and reject products with air leakage or poor sealing in real time. It is also equipped with a multilingual operation interface for the convenience of overseas customers. The technical team of the South Korean customer conducted strict on-site tests of the equipment's energy consumption and noise indicators, and the results were in line with EU CE certification requirements.

At the seminar, the two sides discussed customised development options, and the Korean side proposed a plan to purchase the first batch of three production lines, expected to be delivered in Q1 2026. This cooperation will serve as a benchmark case for the company to enter the East Asian market.
In the future, the material of the equipment will be optimised to meet Korean regulatory requirements, further opening up the Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian markets.
